Yes you can! Just add each to your order before checking out.
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to:
For International orders, please allow approximately 30-45 days for your case to arrive. If by 90 days you have no received your case please reach out to us and we will look into this in a timely matter.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
We currently DO NOT ship to P.O. BOXES! Please provide us a physical address when entering your shipping details.
How much is shipping?
We charge a flat rate of $8 US for shipping to Canada and the USA.
We charge a flat rate of $18 US to Alaska and Hawaii.
We charge a flat rate of $18 US to the UK and Europe.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use UPS for all our orders.
When are cases shipped out?
The cases ship out on the 25th of every month. It will typically take anywhere from 2-10 business days to be delivered. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. We will be sending you the tracking information so you can follow your case as it travels to you.
When are items in the store shipped out?
We ship out past items from the Store every Friday.
When do I need to worry about not getting them?
If you have not received your order in 2-3 weeks after receiving a shipment email confirmation, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
What if something is damaged?
The Collectors Case does not accept returns, refunds or exchanges. Unfortunately, we can not guarantee item conditions in your case once it has been shipped (ie. POP! Boxes)
If an item in your case appears to have a manufacturers defect or sufficient damage, please reach out to us at email@example.com and we will take the proper course of action of dealing with the matter as soon as possible.
My case has shipped and I haven’t received anything. How long must I wait before asking for shipping details?
What currency are you charging me in?
You will be charged in US dollars.
What types of payment do you accept?
For customers in USA, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diners Club and Paypal.
For customers in Canada, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal.
When am I billed?
Your first Collectors Case will be charged immediately upon sign up. Recurring payments will be made on the same day of the month you signed up on. For example, if you signed up for the Collectors Case 1 month plan on the 20th, your next charge will be next month on the 20th. If you signed up for the 3 month plan on the 20th, you will be charged on the 3rd month on the 20th. If you signed up on the 31st, the next payments will be made on the last day of the month, regardless if the month has 28, 29, 30 or 31 days.
What if my payment fails?
If your payment fails for any reason, your account will automatically be put on-hold. You will receive an email asking to login to your account and update your payment information to re-activate your account. You will have 7 days to update your payment information before your subscription is cancelled.
Are The Collectors Case subscriptions recurring?
If you purchased a recurring 1, 3, 6 or 12 month plan, your subscriptions are auto renewed.
Is The Sure Thing Case a recurring plan?
No it is not. It is a one time buy for those looking for that guaranteed autograph! It’ll cost you a few dollars more, but it takes your mind off of worrying about not getting that autograph.
Does a Gift Case automatically renew?
Just like The Sure Thing, gift subscriptions are a one-time buy and do not automatically renew at the end of the plan period.
I forgot my password. How can I recover it?
Go to the My Account page and click on the link that says “Forgot Password?” and fill in the details. A new link will be sent to the email address you registered with. You can then re-set your password once you are logged in.
How can I change my shipping or billing address?
Just login to My Account and you will be able to modify your address info. Make sure you do so before the 15th of the month or else your Case will be shipped to the current address.
How can I change my T-shirt size?
Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your request. You have unti the 14th at 11:59pm to change your t-shirt size. Note: T-shirts sizes of 2XL have an additional cost of $1.50 USD. T-shirts sizes of 3XL have an additional charge of $2.50 USD.
How can I cancel my Subscription Plan?
Login to My Account and you will able to cancel your subscription plan.
All cancellations must take place before renewal of your case, which is the date you originally purchased. If not done on time, the cancellation will take effect on the next renewal. You will not be refunded if you cancel after the renewal date.
How can I receive a refund?
All Collectors Case orders are final sale.
